Kyle Dunnigan
The early chapters of Kyle Dunnigan's career fostered the difficulties familiar to many aspiring comedians. But the talented performer and writer soon overcame these hurdles, using roles on series like "Reno 911!" (Comedy Central 2003-09) and the spotlight of "Comedy Central Presents" (Comedy Central 1998-2011) to familiarize the world with his name. After becoming an award-winning writer for the hit sketch comedy show "Inside Amy Schumer" (Comedy Central 2013-), Dunnigan had done just that. Kyle Dunnigan went on to study theater at the University of Connecticut. He made his acting debut in the dramedy film "Spanish Fly" (2003) just before joining the cast of the sketch comedy series "Cedric the Entertainer Presents" (Fox 2002-03). Though these early efforts did not gain Dunnigan much exposure, his eventual recurring role on the cult favorite "Reno 911!" (Comedy Central 2003-09) would help insert him into the comedic realm. An experienced standup comic, Dunnigan took his act to the screen for a 2007 installment of "Comedy Central Presents" (Comedy Central 1998-2011). In 2011, Dunnigan began a romantic relationship with fellow comedian Sarah Silverman; the pair split in 2013. Around this time, Dunnigan began his tenure as a cast member and writer for the sketch comedy series "Inside Amy Schumer" (Comedy Central 2013-), which earned him his first taste of awards recognition. Dunnigan's partnership with Schumer also led to his appearance in her comedy film "Trainwreck" (2015).
