Kurt Egyiawan

Beginning his career on the British stage, Kurt Egyiawan soon became an increasingly popular actor on the big screen. The English actor participated in National Youth Music Theatre as a child, and later trained at Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where he took on major roles in several prominent productions including "Richard III," "Oedipus," "The Country Wife," Uncle Vanya," and "Cabaret." Shortly after graduating, Egyiawan won the Spotlight Prize for his performance in the play "Best Man Speech" by Ben Lloyd-Hughes. He subsequently starred in a touring production of "Earthquakes in London" before appearing in his first feature film, playing Q's assistant in the James Bond film "Skyfall" (2012). Egyiawan returned to the theater that same year, playing both Louis the Dauphin and Lord Scroop in "Henry V" at Shakespeare's Globe theater, but he was back on the screen again in 2015 with a turn in the sleeper hit crime comedy "Kill Your Friends" (2015). That same year, Egyiawan also appeared in the acclaimed drama "Beasts of No Nation" (2015) alongside Idris Elba as well as in the fantasy themed "Pan" (2015). Beginning 2016 with a bang, Egyiawan next joined the cast of the series ""The Exorcist" (Fox, 2016-).
