Kristin Vahl

Brown-haired and green-eyed beauty Kristin Vahl is a model who made the leap to actress at the age of 18. While majoring in Visual Communications at Monroe Community College in her home state of New York and modeling both in print and on the runway, Vahl got her first taste of acting when she played "Photo girl #1" in director Nicholas DiBella's 2007 film, "Cherry Crush." Starring "Twilight"'s Nikki Reed and "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre"'s Jonathan Tucker, the thriller followed a young photographer who finds himself in over his head after falling for a model. Vahl enjoyed the filmmaking process so much that she chased her newfound passion from New York to the hub of the movie industry, Los Angeles. Her first acting project after moving to the West Coast was as "Beautiful Actress" in Jameel Saleem's indie comedy "Cream Soda," about a man unable to associate the "L" word with anything other than his beloved carbonated beverage. Vahl landed her first significant role in the 2012 comedy "Sophomore" as high school vixen Honey Brubaker, the object of affection and fantasy for a group of underclassmen. The film earned her an opportunity to work alongside several Hollywood heavy-hitters, including Patrick Warburton and Amanda Plummer.
