Kevin Bernhardt
An American actor and scriptwriter, Kevin Bernhardt is best known for his roles on the soap, "General Hospital," and in the horror film, "Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth." Bernhardt studied economics but after deciding to switch to acting, he almost immediately landed a role on the daytime drama, "General Hospital," where he appeared beginning in 1985. He also starred in the French film, "Fire Under the Skin," and the action film, "Kick or Die," in 1987. He starred in the thriller, "Midnight Warrior," and had a recurring role on "Dynasty" as Father Tanner McBride. One of his more famous starring roles was in the sequel, "Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth," in 1992 before landing a role in "The Immortals" in 1995, an action film he had co-written. Afterwards, Bernhardt concentrated almost exclusively on scriptwriting and saw several more of his stories produced. He wrote the script for the Dolph Lundgren adventure, "Sweepers," in '98 and shared credit on the 1999 Tom Berenger thriller, "Fear of Flying." He also wrote the screenplay adaptation for the drama, "Peaceful Warrior" in 2006.
