Kenneth Tsang
With a long list of detective dramas under his belt, Chinese actor Kenneth Tsang developed a close working relationship with Hong Kong action legend John Woo after appearing in the director's 1986 blockbuster, "A Better Tomorrow," leading to roles in that film's sequel and 1989's "The Killer," all starring Woo mainstay Chow Yun-fat. Tsang and Yun-fat stepped into Hollywood together, co-starring in Antoine Fuqua's stylish actioner "The Replacement Killers" in 1998. While still finding roles in Hong Kong cinema, he appeared in a handful of big-budget American projects including the Bond entry "Die Another Day" and the buddy comedy "Rush Hour 2." Kenneth Tsang died on April 27, 2022 in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong at the age of 86.
