Kelly Perine
Character actor Kelly Perine began his career in television in 1990, taking small guest parts on popular series from the classic "Seinfeld" to the teen-oriented sitcom "Hangin' with Mr. Cooper." Recurring roles on the sibling-rivalry sitcom "Between Brothers," family comedy "The Parent 'Hood" and long-running hit "The Drew Carey Show" lifted his profile, until he finally landed a full-time supporting role on the father-daughter sitcom "One on One." The sitcom "Under One Roof," in which he co-starred as the conservative brother of loose cannon Flavor Flav, only lasted 13 episodes. Perine also guest-stars reguarly on sitcoms and procedural dramas, often as doctors or other authority figures.
