Samantha is making Tabitha's Halloween costume. Tabitha is wondering what she will wear as a crown. Endora doesn't appreciate Halloween because she feels it hurts the cause of witches in the world. She sees many costumes for the holiday and asks Samantha what it is all about. Samantha says she is working for UNICEF and the costumes are for the children. Darrin and Endora have a fight. Darrin is currently involved in getting a new account and Samantha is worried that he is too tired to make the presentation. When Samantha sees a wart sprouting on Darrin's chin, she realizes Endora has cast a spell.

BEWITCHED · S5, E26Sam Twitches for Unicef
Mrs. Wehmeyer, local Unicef chairman, asks Samantha to help raise funds. Her first assignment is to get Mr. Haskell to make good on his $10,000 pledge. Larry Tate feels that Haskell changed his mind because he plans to marry singer Lila Layton, a very expensive young lady. Haskell orders Samantha to leave his mansion and never show her face again. Angry, Samantha pops up everywhere, finally as a Moosehead on his office wall. When Haskell consults a psychiatrist, Dr. Chomsky, Samantha pops in, followed by Endora. Haskell reports that his hallucination just left with her mother. The doctor feels he's really a case. Lila refuses to help Samantha collect the pledge. Then Endora and Samantha find that Lila expects to keep up her affair with Bruce, after she is Mrs. Haskell. Learning that she talked Haskell out of keeping his pledge, Endora sprinkles truth salts on Lila's food. When Lila can't help revealing her date with Bruce, Haskell breaks with her. However, Haskell still refuses to give Samantha a check, feeling she doesn't really exist. Samantha feels defeated until Mrs. Wehmeyer reveals Haskell brought his check, asking if she ever saw a blonde conscience.

THE PARTRIDGE FAMILY · S1, E13Star Quality
Sheila Faber, a famous syndicated columnist, writes and item about the Partridge Family after catching their performance. However, her article singles out Danny, praising him for his "personal magnetism" and "star quality." When Danny reads Sheila's column, all the praise goes straight to his head and that night he dreams he leaves the family act and becomes the biggest star in show business. The next night, he calls Reuben Kincaid and Danny's mysterious urgency has Reuben on the next plane. When Reuben arrives, Danny proceeds to tell him about his plans to leave the act and make it as a single, stressing that his only reason for this decision is financial security for his family. Because Reuben is sworn to secrecy, Shirley and the rest of the family don't know what to make of Danny's strange behavior, or Reuben's unexplained visit. A few days later, Shirley sees children and their mothers heading for the garage. When she goes to investigate, she finds Danny holding auditions to find a replacement and Shirley learns of his plans. Shirley, Reuben and the rest of the family launch a psychological attack on Danny, acting class about his plans to leave the group. They even get a replacement, Norman, who can sing a play better than Danny. On the night of their big performance in a famous Hollywood club, Danny finally realizes his real reason for wanting to quit glory, and the Partridge Family act stays together. A new tune, "Singing My Song," is introduced in this episode.

BEWITCHED · S5, E22Going Ape
After a chimp follows Samantha and Tabitha home, Samantha turns him into a man to find out where he belongs. Harry, the former chimp, insists on living a man's life for just one day. At Darrin's office, Evelyn Tucker, and her assistant, Bobby Flynn, are searching for an ad symbol for Brawn, a new man's cologne. When Larry tries to stall until Darrin returns from Canada, Evelyn insists on waiting for him at the Stephens' home. Fascinated by Harry's simian antics, Evelyn decides he would be a perfect model for Brawn. Samantha declares that Harry must leave until Larry warns if Harry isn't in his office next morning, Darrin is out of a job. Samantha worries when Darrin phones he'll be away another two days. After posing all morning, Harry decides being a man is no fun. Larry phones that Harry's photos are great and plans a national tour for him. Harry, however, insists on becoming a chimp at once until Samantha advises him. After Harry turns the studio upside down and reduces Evelyn to hysterics, she fires him. Samantha applauds, explaining Harry was just launching Darrin's campaign for Brawn, based on the wild emotions it arouses. Evelyn feels it's sensational and Larry takes all the credit. Back with his owner, Samantha is sure the chimp will leave again.
