Juan-Carlos Velis
Juan-Carlos Velis was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. His career began with roles in "Street Time" (2001-03), "Sue Thomas: F.B.Eye" (ION Television Network, 2002-05) and "The L Word" (Showtime, 2003-09). He continued to work steadily in television throughout the early 2000s and the 2010s, appearing on "Psych" (USA, 2005-2014) and "Nikita" (CW, 2010-14). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Chasing Christmas" (Freeform, 2005-06). He also landed a role in the miniseries "The Andromeda Strain" (2007). He also had roles in film during these years, including roles in the horror flick "Trick 'r Treat" (2009) with Brian Cox. He also played parts in television during these years, including roles in "Psych" (USA, 2005-2014) and "Nikita" (CW, 2010-14). In his more recent career, he tackled roles on "Lucky 7" (2013-14), "The Strain" (FX, 2013-) and "Killjoys" (Syfy, 2014-). He also was featured in the TV movie "One Christmas Eve" (Hallmark Channel, 2014-15). Velis most recently acted in "Pay the Ghost" (2015).
