Division discovers one of their rogue agents, Markov (guest star JONATHAN GOAD – Republic of Doyle), who has been undercover for six years, has been elected President of Uzbekistan and is planning to kill the President of the United States (recurring guest star MICHELLE NOLDEN – The Time Traveler’s Wife). Ryan confesses to the team that Division is on thin ice with the President and she has threatened to wipe them out if the public finds out about the secret agency and rogue agents. Nikita and Michael are furious that Ryan kept this a secret from them and must figure out how to save the President’s life without alerting her of the danger. Meanwhile, after Alex and Owen are caught in an explosion, they investigate and believe it was set up by an insider.

Mary (Adelaide Kane) makes a bold move to defend her reign in Scotland, which results in a battle royale with her cousin, Elizabeth (Rachel Skarsten). Lola (Anna Popplewell) is accused of a heinous crime and suffers the drastic consequences. Meanwhile, back in France, Catherine (Megan Follows) finds that Charles (guest star Spencer MacPherson) has returned a changed man after paying a price for his mother's relentless quest for power. With Mary (Adelaide Kane) presumed dead, Elizabeth (Rachel Skarsten) enlists Lola's (Anna Popplewell) help in taking the Scottish crown for herself, while Mary's half-brother James (guest star Dan Jeannotte) must defend her throne from John Knox (guest star Jonathan Goad). Meanwhile, Mary comes face to face with Francis's killer when she and Bash (Torrance Coombs) find themselves in the hands of a fearsome clan leader named Munro (guest star John Barrowman). In an attempt to avoid hitting a wolf, Ty is badly injured when he crashes his bike on a remote road leaving Jack to search for help in the middle of nowhere. Meanwhile, back at Heartland, an anxious Amy has visions that tell her something has happened to Ty. When his lawyer digs up some dirt on Miranda, Tim starts thinking seriously about a custody suit. And Lou and Peter both receive interesting career opportunities that complicate their parenting plan.

While answering a domestic disturbance call, Andy's personal life is turned inside out when the social worker on the scene turns out to be her estranged mother. While Andy is forced to deal with her issues as she works alongside her mother, Swarek, Nick, Chris and Gail track down the desperate mother in the case.
