John Barclay
John Barclay was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Barclay started off his career in film with roles in "The Mikado" (1939) and the drama "Aloma of the South Seas" (1941) with Dorothy Lamour. Barclay began to focus on film after appearing in the horror film "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" (1941) with Spencer Tracy, the George Segal dramatic adaptation "King Rat" (1965) and the Strother Martin horror feature "Brotherhood of Satan" (1970). Later in his career, Barclay acted in the action film "The Mechanic" (1972) with Charles Bronson. Barclay passed away in November 1978 at the age of 86.
