John Ales
John Ales is an actor known for his dramatic film roles. Ales's career began by acting in comedies like "Spy Hard" (1996) with Leslie Nielsen and Nicollette Sheridan, the Eddie Murphy hit "The Nutty Professor" (1996) and the Eddie Murphy hit "Nutty Professor II: The Klumps" (2000). He also appeared in "The Zeros" (2001) starring Mackenzie Astin. Ales worked in television around the start of his acting career with a role on "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" (CBS, 2000-2015). He kept working in film throughout the early 2000s, starring in the fantastical drama "Dragon Wars" (2007) with Jason Behr. He also landed a role in the miniseries "Uprising" (2001-02). He also worked in television around this time, including a part on "NCIS" (CBS, 2003-). He also lent his voice to the animated family feature "Holidaze: The Christmas That Almost Didn't Happen" (2006) with Fred Willard. Recently, he tackled roles on "Rizzoli & Isles" (2009-16), "Major Crimes" (TNT, 2011-) and "Longmire" (2011-). Most recently, Ales acted on "Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll" (FX, 2014-16).
