John Alderman
John Alderman was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Alderman started his acting career landing roles in such films as the Gregory Peck drama "Pork Chop Hill" (1959), the Doris Day comedy "The Thrill of It All" (1963) and "Trader Hornee" (1970). He also appeared in "The Hard Road" (1970), the Roddy McDowall action film "Escape From the Planet of the Apes" (1971) and "The Erotic Adventures of Zorro" (1972). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like "This Is a Hijack" (1973) with Adam Roarke, the action picture "Black Samson" (1974) with Rockne Tarkington and the George Segal comedy "The Black Bird" (1975). He also appeared in "The Zebra Force" (1976). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in "The Stunt Man" (1980), "The Baltimore Bullet" (1980) and the horror feature "New Year's Evil" (1981) with Roz Kelly. He also appeared in "Malibu Express" (1985) with Darby Hinton and the Dennis Hopper drama "The Last Movie" (1988). Most recently, Alderman acted in "The Pink Angels" (2010).
