Joe Francis
Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Joe Francis is an American entrepreneur, film producer and founder of the Girls Gone Wild entertainment brand. Francis attended the University of Southern California's Business Administration program. He took several courses in film and television before graduating in 1995 with a Bachelor's Degree from the USC Entrepreneurial Program. Francis's first business venture was working as a production assistant for Real TV. Francis licensed graphic footage, which he marketed, via infomercials, as the "Banned from Television" videos. In 1997, Francis created the Girls Gone Wild franchise. By 2002, he had produced 83 different "Girls Gone Wild" titles. Joe Francis and Abbey Wilson appeared on Season 3 of the VH1 reality series, "Couples Therapy."
