Joanna Krupa
Continuing to diversify her portfolio, Krupa was a Miss Howard TV model on "The Howard Stern Show" in December 2007. Also that year, she had a larger supporting turn in "The Dog Problem" (2007), a romantic comedy about a down-and-out novelist whose life is transformed by his newfound friendship with his pet Schnauzer. Following an appearance in the low-key relationship drama, "The Ripple Effect" (2008), starring Forest Whitaker, Virginia Madsen and Minnie Driver, she made noise as a contestant on the celebrity competition show, "The Superstars" (ABC, 2009), which pitted two-person teams that comprised a celebrity and an athlete in a series of obstacle course events. Krupa had the misfortune to be teamed with NFL wide receiver and famed loudmouth, Terrell Owens. Both were eliminated in the first episode, which caused her to go on a profanity-laced tirade against Owens, calling him a prima donna and chastising him for his poor performance, given his elite status in professional football. The pair was allowed back into the competition after another team fell to injury, only to lose again a few weeks later. Meanwhile, Krupa joined the season nine cast of "Dancing With the Stars" (ABC, 2005-) alongside Donny Osmond, athlete Michael Irvin and singer Macy Gray.
