Jill Jaress

Jill Jaress was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. She had an early role on the television special "Shepherd's Flock" (CBS, 1970-71). She also was featured in the miniseries "The Seekers" (1979-1980). She also appeared in the TV movie "Honeyboy" (NBC, 1982-83). Jaress worked in television around the start of her acting career with a role on "The New People" (ABC, 1969-1970). She next focused her entertainment career on film, appearing in "The Sting II" (1982) with Jackie Gleason, the Corey Haim action flick "License to Drive" (1988) and "Book of Love" (1991) with Keith Coogan. She also appeared in the action picture "Universal Soldier" (1992) with Jean-Claude van Damme. She also played parts in television during these years, including roles in "The New Odd Couple" (ABC, 1982-83) and "Murder, She Wrote" (CBS, 1984-1996). She held additional roles in television including a part on "The Parkers" (UPN, 1998-2004). She also was featured in the TV movies "The Long Shot: Believe in Courage" (2003-04), "Back to You and Me" (Hallmark Channel, 2004-05) and "Wedding Daze" (Hallmark Channel, 2004-05). She also appeared in "Arthur Hailey's Detective" (Lifetime, 2005-06). Most recently, Jaress appeared in "While the Children Sleep" (Lifetime, 2007-08).
