Jenny Boyd
Model-turned-actress Jenny Boyd earned her breakout role as a witch in training on the CW's "Legacies" (2018-). Born in Sion, Switzerland but raised in Oregon, Boyd initially worked as a model with Elite New York before pursuing a degree in acting from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. She made her screen debut as a princess in need of rescuing in the Canadian costume drama "Viking Quest" (2015), and appeared in several shorts before landing her Hollywood debut in "Legacies," an entry from the CW's long-running "Vampire Diaries" (2009-2017) franchise. Spun off from its popular "Originals" (The CW, 2013-17) series, "Legacies" followed the teenaged versions of several younger characters from "Originals" as they attempted to hone - and in some cases, tame - their supernatural impulses. Boyd was cast as Lizzie Salzman, a gossip-loving teenager with the power of witchcraft.
