Jennie Jacques
Jennie Jacques was an actress best known for "Truth or Die" (2012), "The Delivery Man" (2015) and "Vikings" (2013). She was born in Coventry, West Midlands, England. Her first major role was in the BBC period drama "Desperate Romantics" (2009) as artists' model Annie Miller. In 2009, she played murder suspect Katie Fielding in the British police series "The Bill" (1984). From there, Jacques co-starred in the futuristic thriller "Shank" (2010), about a dystopian London overrun by street violence. Jacques was then cast as Beth in Paul Andrew Williams' home invasion urban thriller "Cherry Tree Lane" (2010). That same year, she appeared in the long-running hospital drama "Casualty" (1986) as Lily Knowles, the caregiver of Megan Roach. As her star began to rise, she was cast as the lead actress in the BBC crime drama "WPC 56" (2013), about a policewoman in the male-dominated world of the 1950s. From there, Jacques went on to portray Judith, the fictional daughter of King Aelle, in the third season of the period drama "Vikings" (2013). After that, Jacques was cast in the role of the junior midwife at a pregnancy ward in the ITV sitcom "The Delivery Man" (2015).
