Jean-Pierre Sentier
Jean-Pierre Sentier was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Sentier's earliest roles were in film, including "La Question" (1976), the Jean-Louis Trintignant drama "L' Argent des autres" (1978) and "La Jument Vapeur" (1978). He also appeared in "Le Mors aux dents" (1979), "West Indies les negres marrons de la liberte" (1979) and "Le Maitre-Nageur" (1979). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the eighties, appearing in "Debout les Crabes la Mer Monte!" (1983), "Rue Barbare" (1983) with Bernard Giraudeau and "Un Bruit qui court" (1983). He also appeared in the Frederique Hender dramatic fantasy "Exit-Exil" (1986). Toward the end of his career, he continued to act in the Florent Pagny drama "La Fille des Collines" (1990), the comedy "Faux et usage de faux" (1990) with Philippe Noiret and the Anouk Grinberg drama "La Fille du magicien" (1990). He also appeared in "La Maison assassinee" (1991) and the drama "L' Affut" (1992) with Tchéky Karyo. Sentier more recently acted in "God, My Mother's Lover and the Butcher's Son" (1995) with Richard Bohringer.
