Jean Fenwick

Jean Fenwick was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Fenwick found his beginnings in film with roles in "Cross Country Cruise" (1934), the Katharine Hepburn dramatic adaptation "Mary of Scotland" (1936) and "If I Were King" (1938). Fenwick then began to rack up a number of film credits, including roles in "Ellery Queen and the Murder Ring" (1941), the adaptation "That Uncertain Feeling" (1941) with Merle Oberon and the drama "Born to Kill" (1947) with Claire Trevor. He also appeared in the comedy "Jiggs and Maggie in Court" (1948) with Joe Yule, "Street Corner" (1948) and "Everything I Have Is Yours" (1952) with Marge Champion. Later in his career, Fenwick acted in the crime feature "Witness to Murder" (1954) with Barbara Stanwyck. Fenwick passed away in December 1998 at the age of 91.
