Ten chefs from varied culinary backgrounds awaken to a mysterious world of kitchens, conveyor belts and alias names. Before knowing each other, they are paired in teams to compete for their first chance towards the goal of winning $100,000.
The remaining chefs get their “mis en place” on as they put their tastebuds to the test. The knives come out when Cheffy adds a wrinkle to the competition and the secret tasting room isn’t done revealing secrets.
