Jarma Lewis

Jarma Lewis was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Lewis kickstarted her acting career in various films such as the sci-fi motion picture "The Magnetic Monster" (1953) with Richard Carlson, the adaptation "Prince Valiant" (1954) with James Mason and "River of No Return" (1954). She also appeared in the Howard Keel adaptation "Seven Brides For Seven Brothers" (1954). Her film career continued throughout the fifties in productions like "The French Line" (1954) with Jane Russell, "Woman's World" (1954) with Clifton Webb and "The Cobweb" (1955) with Richard Widmark. Film continued to be her passion as she played roles in the Dan Duryea adaptation "The Marauders" (1955), the Lana Turner drama "The Prodigal" (1955) and the comedic adaptation "The Tender Trap" (1955) with Frank Sinatra. Lewis more recently acted in the Montgomery Clift dramatic adaptation "Raintree County" (1957).
