James F. Stone

James Stone was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Stone began his acting career with roles in such films as "Gunsmoke" (1953), the western "Law and Order" (1953) with Ronald Reagan and "The Glass Web" (1953). He also appeared in the John Lund western "Five Guns West" (1955). His film career continued throughout the fifties and the sixties in productions like the dramatic adaptation "Teenage Rebel" (1956) with Ginger Rogers, "The First Traveling Saleslady" (1956) and the comedic adaptation "Kiss Them For Me" (1957) with Cary Grant. He also appeared in "Barefoot in the Park" (1967) with Robert Redford. Stone was most recently credited in the Mike Myers hit comedy sequel "Austin Powers: the Spy Who Shagged Me" (1999). Stone passed away in January 1969 at the age of 71.
