Jack McKenzie

Jack McKenzie was widely known for his acting on the big screen. He had a part on the television special "Henry VIII" (PBS, 1978-79). He also was featured in the miniseries "A Man Called Intrepid" (1978-79). He also worked in film during these years, including roles in the Dirk Bogarde drama "A Bridge Too Far" (1977). He continued to act in productions like the Cliff Robertson mystery thriller "Dominique" (1979), the Mark Hamill box office smash adventure sequel "The Empire Strikes Back" (1980) and the biopic drama "Gandhi" (1982) with Ben Kingsley. He also appeared in the TV special "Silent Mouse" (PBS, 1988-89). Toward the end of his career, he tackled roles in "Beyond Bedlam" (1994). Additionally, he could be seen on a variety of television specials like "Piece of Cake" (PBS, 1989-1990) and "Sharpe" (PBS, 1993-94). McKenzie most recently acted in the dramatic comedy "Fast Food" (2000) with Douglas Henshall.
