Iqbal Theba
Actor Iqbal Theba was most commonly known for his roles in television dramas. Theba's early acting career was mostly founded on his roles in various television comedies, such as "Married... With Children" (Fox, 1987-1997), "Dream On" (HBO, 1990-96) and "Living Single" (Fox, 1993-98). He also appeared in "The George Carlin Show" (Fox, 1994-95). Theba began his entertainment career acting in films like the Robert Redford box office smash dramatic adaptation "Indecent Proposal" (1993). He continued to work steadily in sitcoms throughout the nineties, appearing on "The Home Court" (NBC, 1995-96) and "Homeboys in Outer Space" (UPN, 1996-97). In the nineties, he worked on the silver screen, taking roles in the James LeGros comedy "Just Looking" (1997) and the comedy "Sour Grapes" (1998) with Jack Burns. He also appeared in "Blind Dating" (2007) with Chris Pine. He also lent his distinctive voice to "The Kite Runner" (2007). Theba most recently acted in the comedy "The Tiger Hunter" (2017) with Danny Pudi. Theba was nominated for an Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series Screen Actors Guild Award for "Glee" in 2011. Theba won an Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series Screen Actors Guild Award for "Glee" in 2010.
