Ignacio Retes
Actor Ignacio Retes appeared in a variety of films over the course of his Hollywood career. Retes's earliest roles were in film, including "Las Aparencias Enganan" (1978), the Manolo Fabregas crime flick "Bandera Rota" (1979) and "La Vispera" (1982). He also appeared in "Nocaut" (1983). He continued to act in productions like "Los Naufragos del Liguria" (1985) and "Mariana, Mariana" (1987) with Pedro Armendariz Jr. He also appeared in the TV special "Lovers, Partners & Spies" (NBC, 1987-88). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in the dramatic adaptation "Blue Beach" (1992) with Sergio Bustamente, the Jorge Galvan dramedy "Por si no te vuelve a ver" (1997) and the comedy "Esmeralda Comes By Night" (1998) with Maria Rojo. He also appeared in the Karra Elejalde thrilling adaptation "Un Dulce Olor a Muerte" (1999). Retes most recently acted in the adventurous drama "Piedras Verdes" (2001) with Vanessa Bauche.
