Ian Colletti

Ian Colletti was born, in New Jersey. Colletti made his television acting debut at the young age of 7, appearing in an episode of the children's series "Blue's Clues" (Nickelodeon 1996-2006) in 2004. Just two years later, Colletti made his first appearance in a more mature piece of programming: an episode of the short-lived crime-drama series "Waterfront" (CBS 2006), which he followed up with a one-off part in an episode in the final season of "The Sopranos" (HBO 1999-2007). Soon enough, Colletti made his jump to the big screen, appearing opposite a young Elle Fanning in the drama film "Phoebe in Wonderland" (2008) and in the Tina Fey- and Amy Poehler-starring comedy "Baby Mama" (2008). Following supporting parts in films like "An Invisible Sign" (2010) and "The Orphan Killer" (2010), Colletti earned the titular part in the drama film "Jimmy" (2013), in which he played a teenage boy with autism who communicates with supernatural beings. The part led to a co-starring role on the short-lived comedy series "Rake" (Fox 2014), on which he played star Greg Kinnear's son. Following the program's cancellation, Colletti found a new home on the grisly comic book-adapted series "Preacher" (FX 2016-), playing Eugene Root, a.k.a Arseface, the son of antagonistic Sheriff Hugo Root.
