Hugh Webster

Hugh Webster was an actor who founded his entertainment career success with roles in film. Webster began his acting career with roles in such films as the adventure "King of the Grizzlies" (1970) with Johnny Yesno, "The Reincarnate" (1970) and the dramatic adaptation "Fortune and Men's Eyes" (1971) with Wendell Burton. He also appeared in "Rip-Off" (1971). He kept working in film throughout the seventies and the eighties, starring in the Michael Parks crime flick "Get Back" (1973), the Robert Mitchum drama "Agency" (1980) and "Mr. Patman" (1980). Toward the end of his career, he tackled roles in the comedy "Nothing Personal" (1980) with Donald Sutherland and the biopic "If You Could See What I Hear" (1982) with Marc Singer. Additionally, he appeared on the television special "Pygmalion" (Showtime, 1982-83). Webster more recently acted in "Never Cry Wolf" (1983) with Charles Martin Smith.
