Hope Clarke

Hope Clarke was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. She also was featured in the miniseries "King" (1977-78). She also starred in the TV movies "Jennifer: A Woman's Story" (1978-79), "Scout's Honor" (NBC, 1980-81) and "Lois Gibbs and the Love Canal" (CBS, 1981-82). A few of her roles at the time were also in movies like the crime flick "Book of Numbers" (1972) with Raymond St Jacques and the comedy "A Piece of the Action" (1977) with Sidney Poitier. Her work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "A Father's Homecoming" (NBC, 1987-88). Following that project, she worked on "Beat Street" (1984) with Rae Dawn Chong and "Into the Night" (1985) with Jeff Goldblum. She also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Law & Order" (NBC, 1990-2010). She also appeared in "Basquiat" (1996). She also was featured in the TV movie "Seventeen Again" (Showtime, 2000-01). Clarke most recently acted in the Ishmael Butler comedy "Men Without Jobs" (2004).
