Yoko starts to think that Tabito was the victim of the kidnapping which happened at the preschool they both attended 20 years ago. In the meantime, Tabito and Yukiji search for a girl and the man who is the girl's neighbor, who is also missing.
Despite Yoko's attempts to deter Tabito from chasing after his parent's murderer, Tabito's resolve remains steadfast. In the meantime, Shiraishi thinks Yoko is behind his son's kidnapping and abducts her.
