Hallie Foote

Hallie Foote was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Foote started off her acting career mostly in film roles, appearing in the John Heard horror movie "C.H.U.D." (1984), "1918" (1985) and "Courtship" (1986). She also appeared in "On Valentine's Day" (1986). She appeared in a number of television specials, including "Roanoak" (PBS, 1985-86) and "Story of a Marriage" (PBS, 1986-87). She also landed a role in the miniseries "Separate But Equal" (1990-91). She also starred in the TV movies "The Little Match Girl" (1987-88), "The Habitation of Dragons" (TNT, 1992-93) and "Gunsmoke: One Man's Justice" (CBS, 1993-94). In her more recent career, she tackled roles on "Relativity" (ABC, 1996-97) and "Promised Land" (CBS, 1996-99). Foote put her acting skills to use in films like "Friends With Money" (2006) with Jennifer Aniston and the Lauren Bittner smash hit horror sequel "Paranormal Activity 3" (2011). Foote most recently produced "Bessie" (HBO, 2014-15). Foote was nominated for an Outstanding Made For Television Movie Primetime Emmy Award for "The Trip to Bountiful" in 2014.
