Grant Harvey

American actor Grant Whitney Harvey began charming audiences with his recurring role on the young adult drama "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" (ABC Family, 2008-13). Born in Hawthorne, NV, Harvey played the role of Grant, the cousin of Brando Eaton's Griffin, on Brenda Hampton's teen hit. After appearing briefly on the daytime soap opera "Days of Our Lives" (NBC, 1965-), he earned a recurring part on Dan Fogelman's extraterrestrial comedy "The Neighbors" (ABC, 2012-14). A run of television guest appearances on series such as "Bones" (FOX, 2005-17) and "Masters of Sex" (Showtime, 2013-16) followed. His big screen resume received a boost when he appeared opposite Blake Jenner and Melissa Benoist in "Juvenile" (2017). He followed that with a starring role in Jordan Ross' crime drama "Thumper" (2017) which debuted at the Tribeca Film Festival. Harvey played Troy, the drug addicted pal of Daniel Webber's Beaver. The actor earned his first television lead role when he was cast in "The Crossing" (ABC, 2018-), a sci-fi drama where refugees from a future war begin showing up in an American town. Playing opposite Steve Zahn and Rick Gomez, Harvey's Roy Aronson was a Department of Homeland Security guard charged with monitoring the refugees.
