Georgina Hale
Georgina Hale found incredible success as an accomplished actress, appearing in a variety of films throughout her Hollywood career. This recognition propelled her to pursue a role in "Notorious Woman" (PBS, 1975-76). She continued to act in productions like the Brian Gilbert historical feature "Voyage of the D*mned" (1976), "Sweeney 2" (1978) and the drama "The World Is Full of Married Men" (1979) with Anthony Franciosa. She also appeared in the Bette Davis adventure "Watcher in the Woods" (1980), the musical "McVicar" (1981) with Roger Daltrey and "Castaway" (1987). She also was featured in the TV movie "Murder By Moonlight" (CBS, 1988-89). She also worked in television during these years, including a part on "MIT: Murder Investigation Team" (A&E Network, 2002-05). Hale most recently acted in "Mrs. Palfrey at the Claremont" (2005) with Joan Plowright. Georgina Hale died on January 4, 2024 in Ilford, Essex, United Kingdom at the age of 80.
