George Sewell

Throughout his entertainment career as an accomplished actor, George Sewell graced the silver screen many times. In his early acting career, Sewell appeared in such films as "This Sporting Life" (1963) with Richard Harris, the comedy "Kaleidoscope" (1966) with Warren Beatty and the crime feature "Robbery" (1967) with Stanley Baker. He also appeared in the dramatic adaptation "Poor Cow" (1968) with Carol White. He kept working in film throughout the sixties and the seventies, starring in the sci-fi motion picture "Doppelganger" (1969) with Ian Hendry, the Michael Caine action film "Get Carter" (1971) and "Barry Lyndon" (1975). He also worked in television around this time, including a part on "U.F.O." (1972-73). Most recently, Sewell acted in "Let's Stick Together" (1997) with Kim MacDonald.
