George Back

American actor George Back landed his first role in the 2002 romantic comedy-drama "Sam & Janet." He did not get another part until the 2007 comedy "The Comebacks," a satire of inspirational sports films. That same year found Back changing paces a bit, appearing in the Robert Redford political thriller "Lions for Lambs," starring Tom Cruise and Meryl Streep. In 2009 Back had returned to comedy with J.B. Rogers's "Demoted," starring Sean Astin of "Lord of the Rings" fame and comedian David Cross. The following year, Back once again worked with director Rogers in the raucous comedy "The Pool Boys," starring Matthew Lillard. In 2010, Back appeared in the stoner comedy "High School," starring Adrien Brody and Colin Hanks. Also in 2010, Back appeared in the comedy "Horrible Bosses," which revolves around a group of men who conspire to murder their bosses in order to finally achieve happiness, alongside Jason Bateman, Kevin Spacey, Jennifer Aniston, and Jason Sudeikis. Back went on to star in the 2011 Nickelodeon teen sitcom "Bucket & Skinner's Epic Adventures." Back portrays the character known as "Three Pieces," the rather large owner of the local surf shop who often attempts to impress members of the opposite sex. 2011 also found Back appearing in the horror feature "Quarantine 2: Terminal."
