Gary Day

Gary Day put his musical talents to use by becoming a rock musician. To break into the world of acting, Gary Day held roles in films like "Partners" (1981) and "Glass Babies" (1985) starring Rowena Wallace. He worked in television in his early acting career as well, including a part on "Homicide" (1973-74). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the eighties and the nineties, appearing in "Hanging Together" (1985) with Pat Evison, "The Surfer" (1986) and "A Sting in the Tail" (1989). He also appeared in "Harbour Beat" (1990) and the Rebecca Gibney thriller "Jigsaw" (1990). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in "Hard Knuckle" (1992), "Crime Broker" (1994) with Jacqueline Bisset and "Tunnel Vision" (1996) with Patsy Kensit-Healy. He also was featured in the TV movie "The Girl From Mars" (Family Channel Studios, 1990-91). Most recently, Gary Day acted in "Tempe Tip" (2002).
