Charley (Dawn-Lyen Gardner) finally confesses to Prosper Denton (Henry G. Sanders) that she sold Queen Sugar to the Landrys and despite her explanation, he objects. Meanwhile, when Ralph Angel (Kofi Siriboe) and Darla (Bianca Lawson) form a united front to teach Blue (Ethan Hutchison) how to ride a bicycle, they finally find some peace. Elsewhere, Micah (Nicholas L. Ashe) expresses his regret to Ant, and Ant has a surprising response. While going over her wedding seating chart, Violet notices the tension between Charley and Nova (Rutina Wesley). Nova then reveals the end to her romance with Remy (Dondré T. Whitfield), and Violet expresses her disappointment. Later at the Fellowship Hall, Violet’s busy schedule lands her in the ER, and she finally reveals her lupus diagnosis to the family. Finally, the Council makes a decision about the correctional facility, and Micah remains fiercely determined to make a change.
