Fred Keating

Fred Keating was an actor who graced the silver screen many times throughout his Hollywood career. Keating began his acting career in film, appearing in such titles as the biographical drama "Running Brave" (1983) with Robby Benson, "Isaac Littlefeathers" (1987) with Lou Jacobi and the Debra Winger action film "Betrayed" (1988). He also appeared in the dramatic adaptation "Floating Away" (1998) with Rosanna Arquette. He also appeared in the TV movie "Ordeal in the Arctic" (ABC, 1992-93). He worked in series television while getting his start in acting, including a part on "Poltergeist: The Legacy" (Syfy, 1995-2000). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like the horror flick "Final Destination" (2000) with Devon Sawa, the comedy sequel "MVP 2: Most Vertical Primate" (2002) with Jane Sowerby and the Tim Allen box office smash comedy sequel "The Santa Clause 2" (2002). He also appeared in the Hilary Swank action flick "The Core" (2003). Recently, he continued to act in the Dwayne Johnson action movie "Walking Tall" (2004), the comedy "Connie and Carla" (2004) with Nia Vardalos and "The Last Mimzy" (2007). He also appeared in "Married Life" (2008) with Pierce Brosnan. He held additional roles in television including a part on "Supernatural" (2005-). Most recently, Keating acted on "Gracepoint" (Fox, 2014-15).
