Eva Novak was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Novak's career in acting began with her roles in various films like "The Testing Block" (1920), "O'Malley of the Mounted" (1921) and "The Rough Diamond" (1921). She also appeared in "Trailin'" (1921), "Chasing the Moon" (1922) and the drama "Sky High" (1922) with Tom Mix. Her film career continued throughout the twenties and the thirties in productions like "The Great Night" (1922), "The Man From Hell's River" (1922) and "Sally" (1925). She also appeared in "No Man's Gold" (1926) and "Phantom of the Desert" (1930). Toward the end of her career, she tackled roles in "The Medicine Man" (1930), "Apology for Murder" (1945) and the Randolph Scott adaptation "Tall Man Riding" (1955). She also appeared in the Jeffrey Hunter mystery "Sergeant Rutledge" (1960) and the James Stewart western "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance" (1962). Novak more recently acted in "Wild Seed" (1965). Novak was married to William Reed. Novak passed away in April 1988 at the age of 90.
