Enrique Lucero

Enrique Lucero kickstarted his acting career in various films such as the Brian Keith western "Sierra Baron" (1958), the drama "Macario" (1959) with Ignacio Lopez Tarso and the Lana Turner drama "Love Has Many Faces" (1965). He also appeared in "Major Dundee" (1965), "Guns For San Sebastian" (1968) and "Shark" (1969). He kept working in film throughout the seventies, starring in the western "Buck and the Preacher" (1972) with Sidney Poitier, the action movie "The Wrath of God" (1972) with Robert Mitchum and "Canoa" (1976). He also appeared in "The Return of a Man Called Horse" (1976) with Richard Harris. Toward the end of his career, he tackled roles in "The Octagon" (1980) with Chuck Norris, "Green Ice" (1981) with Ryan O'Neal and the drama "Under Fire" (1983) with Nick Nolte. He also appeared in the Charles Bronson action picture "The Evil That Men Do" (1984) and the Liv Ullmann drama "Gaby-A True Story" (1987). Lucero more recently acted in the dramatic adaptation "Republic of Sin" (1988) with Gerard Philipe.
