Ellen Travolta
Ellen Travolta has played actor Scott Baio's mother on three different TV shows. The first was on the 1950s- and '60s-based sitcom "Happy Days," in which she played Louisa Arcola Delvecchio, the mother of Baio's charater, Chachi, and the aunt of Milwaukee's most famous fictional resident, Arthur "The Fonz" Fonzarelli (Henry Winkler). She played the same character on the less popular spin-off, "Joanie Loves Chachi," which lasted only one season. She returned to the small screen as Baio's mother, Lilian, in the sitcom "Charles in Charge," which starred Baio as a teenage live-in babysitter. Ellen Travolta got her first big-break on the high school sitcom "Welcome Back, Kotter," about a teacher who returns to his old school to wrangle a group of hard-to-crack hooligans led by John Travolta, Ellen's real-life younger brother, as the dim-witted skirt-chaser Vincent "Vinnie" Barbarino.
