Edith Piaf

Over the duration of her Hollywood career, Edith Piaf produced music for multiple Hollywood productions. Piaf began her entertainment career with her music featured in films like the biopic "Piaf" (1974) with Brigitte Ariel, "Le Bal" (1984) and the romance "The Frog Prince" (1986) with Jane Snowden. Her music also appeared in "The Men's Club" (1986). An actress as well as a musician, Piaf played a part in "French Can-Can" (1955) with Jean Gabin and the historical drama "Royal Affairs in Versailles" (1957) with Claudette Colbert. Piaf was also credited in "Night Train to Venice" (1993) starring Hugh Grant, "Natural Born Killers" (1994) starring Woody Harrelson and "A Soldier's Daughter Never Cries" (1998) starring Kris Kristofferson. She also was recognized in the Tom Hanks and Tom Sizemore box office smash "Saving Private Ryan" (1998). Piaf's music was most recently used in the Cameron Diaz comedy "The Other Woman" (2014). Piaf passed away in October 1963 at the age of 48.
