Actor Dwayne Boyd was most commonly known for his roles in television dramas. Boyd began his acting career with roles in dramas like "Surface" (NBC, 2005-06), "Army Wives" (Lifetime, 2006-2013) and "Drop Dead Diva" (Lifetime, 2008-2014). He also appeared in various films, such as the Tichina Arnold dramatic biopic "The Lena Baker Story" (2009) and the drama "Grapes on a Vine" (2010) with Jazsmin Lewis.
