Donna W. Scott

After a successful run as a beauty pageant contestant, Donna W. Scott turned her attention to acting. Her earliest role was a small part in "Days of Thunder," the 1990 auto racing drama starring Tom Cruise, which is also where she met her future husband, director Tony Scott. To date, she has appeared in several of his films, garnering minor screen time in the hits "Enemy of State" and "Déjà Vu." Her movie work without him has consisted of comedy, science fiction, and horror films of varying degrees of quality, although Scott was certainly memorable for her role in '97's "Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery" as a Fembot, a sexy woman look-a-like robot with cannons hidden in her breasts. But while her movie career may have slowed from 2000 onward, she did appear in the epic 2011 romance "Water for Elephants," and also managed to guest-star in numerous popular and critically-acclaimed television series. Scott had a recurring part as sexy ne'er-do-well Tamara Van Zant on the action show "Nash Bridges" beginning in '96, and continued to make semi-annual appearances on the show through the '01 season. This was shortly followed by single-episode work on the crime shows "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" and "The District." From '05 to '06, she guest-starred in the teen series "South of Nowhere" as a bartender named Cat, and a few years later, appeared in "3Way," a web series starring "South of Nowhere" star Maeve Quinlan.
