Don Foley

Don Foley was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. In the early stages of his acting career, Foley was featured in films like "Angel" (1982), "Anne Devlin" (1984) starring Brid Brennan and the Jimmy Brennan film "Pigs" (1984). He also appeared in the TV movie "Three Wishes For Jamie" (1986-87). He also landed a role in the miniseries "Scarlett" (1994-95). More recently, he earned a role in "The Boxer" (1997). He also starred in the TV movies "The Love She Sought" (1990-91), "Oliver Twist" (ABC, 1997-98) and "Durango" (CBS, 1998-99). He also had a part in the TV miniseries "David Copperfield" (2000-01). He held additional roles in television including a part on "Brotherhood" (Showtime, 2005-09). Foley acted in films like the dramatic adaptation "The Disappearance of Finbar" (2000) with Luke Griffin and the comedic drama "Evelyn" (2002) with Pierce Brosnan. Most recently, Foley acted in the romantic comedy "The Invention of Lying" (2009) with Ricky Gervais.
