Diane Delano
Actress Diane Delano has appeared in various television shows and movies since the early 1980s, while picking up a few extended roles along the way. Delano got her start with appearances on television and movies during the early to mid 1980s, before landing a six-episode stint on the popular legal drama "L.A. Law." One-off appearances on established television shows soon followed, before Delano finally became a regular cast member on a series, appearing as Officer Barbara Semanski on the quirky Alaska-set romantic comedy "Northern Exposure" from 1991 to 1995. This would prove to be a pattern Delano would continue to follow throughout her career: guest appearances on popular comedies and dramas interspersed with more stable recurring roles. The turn of the millennium would see Delano land perhaps her best-known role, as the harsh science teacher Miss Roberta 'Bobbi' Glass on the critically-acclaimed high school dramedy "Popular," created by Ryan Murphy.
