Deanna Russo
Model-turned-actress Deanna Russo is best known for her starring role on the late-'00s series reboot of "Knight Rider." A native of New Jersey, Russo majored in psychology at Central Florida's Rollins College while booking her first commercial TV appearances in nearby Orlando. After completing her degree and relocating to Los Angeles, the leggy beauty earned parts in over 30 nationally televised commercials, and was on magazine covers, including a December 2007 spread in the pages of Playboy. She soon parlayed her model-esque charms to small roles on popular TV shows such as "Charmed," "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," and "How I Met Your Mother." While the majority of these roles were of the usual eye-candy variety, in 2007 Russo expanded her range considerably with her portrayal of Dr. Logan Armstrong on the long-running daytime soap "The Young and the Restless," and even took a turn behind the lens as the director and producer of the comedic short "Taste of Kream." In 2008, Russo captured the hearts of action-adventure fans--if not TV critics--when she appeared as Sarah Graiman, the daughter of cybernetic sports car inventor Charles Graiman (Bruce Davidson), on the poorly received series remake of "Knight Rider."
