Hoping to learn the identity of the cop who incriminated him for murder, Reno (Lorenzo Lamas) trails a mad killer, Otto Heath (Marshall Teague), who in turn is vengefully stalking a circuit court judge, Lisa Stone (Sheree Wilson).
Nicholas receives a chain letter and believes the bad luck.
