David Dayan Fisher

Born in North London, where he would live throughout the majority of his formative years, Fisher worked a series of odd jobs in the food and catering industry, having dabbled as both a pizza and crepes chef, before turning to acting in his late 20s. He trained in improvisational comedy at London's Timber Theater Company, prior to landing his very first on-screen role on the British police procedural, "The Bill." After a few years of nonstop auditioning, however - all of which proved futile - Fisher decided to relocate to Los Angeles. He nabbed small parts in the 2004 adventure film "National Treasure," as well as the made-for-TV movie "The Librarian: Quest for the Spear" (TNT, 2004), before landing his first big break as terrorist Anton Beresch on the fifth season of "24." The high visibility of the show put Fisher on the radar of producers for the CBS naval drama "NCIS," who subsequently cast him as the shifty CIA agent Trent Kort. Fisher's career seemed to be hitting a high point in September of 2011, when he made headlines for allegedly choking his neighbor after a dispute over the placement of a swimming pool towel. He subsequently pleaded not guilty to the altercation in November of that year. Undeterred, Fisher's continued to move forward, voicing the role of Xaldin on various editions of the "Kingdom Hearts" video games, while also landing a guest spot on a 2012 episode of "Burn Notice" (USA Network, 2007-2013). 2012 was also the year he appeared in the third film of director Christopher Nolan's immensely popular Batman trilogy, "The Dark Knight Rises."
