The origin of Darcy Rose Byrnes's acting career goes back to when she was just four years old. Her acting career in television began with credits on "Without A Trace" (2002-09), "Cold Case" (CBS, 2003-2010) and "Desperate Housewives" (ABC, 2004-2012). She also appeared in "House" (Fox, 2004-2012) and "Medium" (2004-2011). She continued to work steadily in television throughout the early 2000s, appearing on "How I Met Your Mother" (2005-2014), "My Name is Earl" (NBC, 2005-09) and "The Ghost Whisperer" (CBS, 2005-2010). She also appeared in "Brothers & Sisters" (ABC, 2006-2011) and "Dirty Sexy Money" (ABC, 2007-09). She also appeared in the comedy "A Thousand Words" (2012) with Eddie Murphy. She also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Private Practice" (ABC, 2007-2013). She also was featured in the TV movies "Shark Swarm" (Hallmark Channel, 2007-08) and "Healing Hands" (Hallmark Channel, 2009-2010). Byrnes most recently voiced characters in "Sofia the First: Once Upon a Princess" (Disney, 2012).
