Danielle Rose Russell
Born in New Jersey, actress Danielle Rose Russell became enamored with theater at a young age. She performed locally in theater productions, and also started doing modeling for print work, and eventually began to book commercials. Her commercial work led to an interest in television and film, and she began to pursue an acting career earnestly. Her first movie "A Walk Among the Tombstones" (2013) was filmed when Russell was 13 years old, and she played the part of Lucia. The next year she was featured in the movie "Aloha" (2014). The following year she was featured in "Pandemic" (2015). In 2016 Russell made her television debut in the series "The Last Tycoon" (Amazon, 2016-17). She appeared in six episodes of the series, but the show was cancelled after one season. In 2017 she appeared in the film "Wonder" (2017). In 2018 Russell was cast as the star in the series "Legacies" (CW, 2018-) as Hope Mikaelson, the daughter of a vampire and a werewolf.
